Ingredients
1 Opal Apple, thinly sliced
1 pre-made flatbread
1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
3-4 slices prosciutto
¼ cup chopped walnuts
1 cup baby arugula
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and layer with mozzarella, Opal Apple slices, and
prosciutto.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is crispy.
Remove from the oven and top with chopped walnuts and baby arugula.
