- 2 Opal® apples, thinly sliced
 
- 8 ounces Neufchatel cream cheese, softened
 
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
 
- 3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
 
					 
					
						
						In a small bowl, add cream cheese, brown sugar, caramel topping and vanilla. Using a hand mixer beat ingredients until combined and smooth. Serve with Opal® slices for dipping.
