- 4 cups Opal® apples, chopped, peeled
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 4 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon peppercorns
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 pound of Brie cheese
Combine all ingredients except cranberries in medium saucepan. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes or until apples are soft. Add cranberries and cook for 10 minutes. Cool and refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat oven to 350 F. Place Brie cheese on baking sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes or until warmed through. Top with Opal® Apple Cranberry Chutney. Serve with additional sliced Opal® apples and crackers or crostini.
