Opal® Apple Recipes

Opal® Apples with Caramel Dip

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes

2 Opal® apples, thinly sliced

8 ounces Neufchatel cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping

1 teaspoon vanilla


In a small bowl, add cream cheese, brown sugar, caramel topping and vanilla. Using a hand mixer beat ingredients until combined and smooth. Serve with Opal® slices for dipping.
